Find out about our campus atmosphere, locations and general environment.
Background
Our Musselburgh campus was built in 2007. The Academic building is where you will go for in-person lectures. There are three levels, all accessible by lift.On the ground level there is a library area called the Learning Resource Centre (LRC), a Starbuck’s, and a cafeteria area. Student Services including the Disability team and the Counselling & Wellbeing team are located on the ground level too.
We know it’s vitally important that you gain a real feel for what life is like as a student at QMU. We are pleased to be able to offer in-person campus tours to both undergraduate and postgraduate prospective students. Please contact studentrecruitment@qmu.ac.uk.

How could this affect me?
Although QMU is a small university community, getting lost in the new environment is common for new students and when timetables change. Becoming familiar with key buildings and locations may help you to prepare.
